Mindfulness in schools - for staff teams and pupils of all ages

Mindfulness can be a useful tool for staff teams and also pupils of all ages.

Having worked in an educational context for much of his professional life, Martin has a great insight into the stresses and strains that both young people and teaching staff face. He has training and experience in delivering mindfulness courses to both teaching staff, and to pupils of all ages.

The ‘.b Foundations’ course is a bespoke 8 week course for teachers and school staff more generally. There are two main reasons for staff to learn mindfulness:

The ‘.b’  and ‘pawsb’ courses are designed specifically with secondary pupils and primary pupils in mind. Contact Martin to discuss these courses and ways in which a school could deliver these programmes in a sustainable and embedded way.

There are also some excellent free mindfulness practices for young people supported by the Mindfulness In Schools project.

Martin has delivered mindfulness courses within both the State and Independent school sectors. He has an up to date DBS certificate and holds Public Liability Insurance.
